Feeling so much better after completing my second Shakeology cleanse! My Shakeology cleanse results were just what I needed. I didn’t lose any additional weight from yesterday, but my body is back to normal. I feel like myself again. Now, if only that junk-food breakout on my face would clear up!
Total weight lost with Shakeology cleanse this time was 6 lbs. I lost 5.5 with the Shakeology cleanse last time, so pretty consistent actually.
I had an amazing weekend with family. And like with many families, our reunions revolve around food. Lots and lots of food. I need to flush out all the junk ASAP. My face is breaking out. My stomach hurts. I can tell I’m overloaded on sugar, fat and toxins. YUCK!

Two-thirds of the way done, folks! Down 2.5 lbs and 1.5 inches off my waist. I feel good too. I had a little headache off and on today, but it wasn’t bad enough to take any medicine for it. I found myself wanting to eat throughout the day today. I wasn’t hungry, but mentally, I just wanted to eat something. I started craving carbs in the afternoon too. Popcorn, cereal, crackers, that sort of thing. I’ve gone low carb in the past, and I know those carb cravings disappear if I can just wait them out. And they did.
Here’s my recap for the day.
7:30: Tropical Shakeology blended with water, ice, half a banana and coconut extract
8:15: Full cup of coffee with splash of half-n-half. I had the start of a caffeine-withdrawl headache so I splurged with a full cup.

11:30: Salad with mixed greens, cukes, cauliflower, tomatoes, chopped chicken breast and vinegar/oil. This was delicious and really filling. I’m surprised I’ve been satisfied with the vinegar/oil dressing as I am a total ranch dressing addict normally.

5:00: 2 mile run/walk. The muscles in my legs felt a little tired after 1.5 miles, so I walked the last bit. I didn’t feel tired like I needed sleep, but more fatigued like I’d worked my muscles really hard the day before. I think it’s the lack of carbs making me feel this way.
6:00: Tropical Shakeology with water, half a banana.
7:00: Salad greens with vinegar. I felt the need to eat something mentally. I wanted something savory to balance out the sweetness of the Shakeology I’d had earlier. I felt like salad greens were a better choice than fruit, with less sugar and more fiber.
9:30: I’m drinking a Chocolate Shakeology now, blended with water, ice and mint extract. Tastes like a Thin Mint cookie drink. I’m actually not hungry at all, but I think it’s important to get the three shakes in each day for the health benefits of the super food ingredients.
I’m excited to finish out the cleanse tomorrow and report back with my final results on Thursday!
